异甘草素的抗癌作用: 生物学效应与分子机制

  • 作者简介:辛文秀博士于2009年毕业于山东师范大学制药工程专业, 同年考入浙江大学药学院, 2014年获得药理学博士学位, 2014年至今任职于浙江省肿瘤医院药剂科, 先后任药师(2014)、主管药师(2016)。兼任浙江省药学会药物毒理学专业委员会青年委员。主要从事中药抗肿瘤药效学研究, 目前发表第一作者及通讯作者论文16篇, 其中SCI论文5篇, 主持国家自然科学基金及浙江省自然科学基金青年科学基金项目各1项。

Anticancer activity of Isoliquiritigenin: biological effects and molecular mechanisms

  • About author:Dr. Wenxiu Xin graduated from Shandong Normal University in 2009 with a major in pharmaceutical engineering. She was admitted to College of Pharmaceutical Sciences in Zhejiang University in 2009 and received his PhD degree in pharmacology in 2014. Since 2014, she has worked in the pharmacy department of Zhejiang Cancer Hospital, successively as pharmacist (2014) and chief pharmacist (2016). Over these years, she has specialized in the research of anti-tumor pharmacodynamics research of traditional Chinese medicine. She has published 16 associated papers in domestic and international journals as the first author or correspondent author, including 5 SCI papers, and presided over one National Natural Science Foundation of China as well as one Zhejiang Natural Science Foundation.

摘要:

从植物中提取的天然化合物由于其无毒性和抗肿瘤活性而受到科学界的广泛关注。异甘草素(Isoliquiritigenin, ISL)是从甘草(Glycyrrhiza uralensis)根部提取的一种黄酮类活性化合物, 已被证明具有明确的抗炎、抗氧化和抗肿瘤作用在过去几年中, 针对ISL抗肿瘤作用的研究数量逐渐增加。目前研究发现, ISL主要通过阻滞细胞周期、诱导细胞凋亡和自噬等方式抑制肿瘤细胞活力、细胞增殖及迁移。然而, 其抗肿瘤作用的确切分子机理尚不完全清晰。这篇综述主要针对ISL抗肿瘤的生物学效应和分子机制进行全面概述。

Abstract:

Natural compounds derived from plants have attracted considerable attention in the scientific community due to their nontoxic nature and anti-cancer activity. Isoliquiritigenin (ISL), an active flavonoid isolated from the root of the licorice plant (Glycyrrhiza uralensis), has been previously demonstrated to have anti-inflammatory, antioxidant and tumor suppressive effects. In the past few years, the number of studies describing the effects of ISL against cancer has been gradually increased. ISL has been found to inhibit viability, proliferation, and migration of cancer cells mainly through cell cycle arrest, induction of apoptosis as well as autophagy. However, the molecular mechanisms of action are not completely comprehended. This review aimed to provide a comprehensive summary of the biological effects and molecular mechanisms of ISL against cancer.
