天然裂环木脂素

  • 作者简介:王梦月博士1997年毕业于北京中医药大学中药学院, 获理学学士学位; 同年考入成都中医药大学药学院, 2003年获中药学博士学位。2003年8月开始任职于上海交通大学药学院, 现任副教授、硕士生导师, 兼任中国植物学会药用植物及植物药专业委员会委员, 上海市药学会生药学专业委员。主要从事中药鉴定、药效物质基础、质量标准及质量评价等研究。发表研究论文70余篇(其中SCI期刊论文40篇)? 主编或参编有关专著、教材、辞典13部, 获国家发明专利11项。

The naturally occurring secolignans

  • About author:Dr Wang graduated from Beijing University of Traditional Chinese Medicine and was conferred the Bachelor degree in 1997. He obtained his PhD degree at School of Pharmacy, Chengdu University of Traditional Chinese Medicine in 2003. Nowadays, he serves in School of Pharmacy, Shanghai Jiao Tong University as associate professor and master tutor. For over 20 years, he has specialized in research in TCMs identification, therapeutic material basis, quality standard and quality evaluation, and has published more than 70 associated papers in domestic and international journals. Dr Wang also serves as member of the editorial board for several professional publications and has published 13 books that are related with Chinese herbal medicines.

摘要:

天然裂环木脂素因其新颖的结构和多样的生物活性而备受关注。本文全面综述了有关天然裂环木脂素的研究进展, 包括生物合成、分布、分离方法、化学结构、光谱特征和生物活性等方面, 为其进一步研究提供了科学参考。

Abstract:

Naturally occurring secolignans have drawn the considerable attention because of their novel structures and diverse biological activities. In recent years, various natural secolignans with extensive bioactivities have been reported in the literatures. In the present review, we summarized all the available information regarding the biosynthesis, distributions, separation methods, chemical structures, spectral characteristics, and biological activities of natural secolignans, and provided some valuable new insights for the further study.
