紫背鼠尾草的化学成分研究

摘要: 目的 对紫背鼠尾草Salvia cavaleriei Levl. var. erythrophylla (Hemsl.) Stib化学成分进行研究。方法 应用硅胶、葡聚糖凝胶等色谱技术分离纯化,应用波谱技术确定化合物的结构。结果 从紫背鼠尾草中分离得到5个化合物,分别为3β,6β,23-三羟基-12--齐墩果酸(1),熊果酸(2),正十七酸(3),正十八酸(4)β-谷甾醇(5)结论 5个化合物均为首次从该植物分离得到。

Abstract: Aim To investigate the chemical constituents of Salvia cavaleriei Levl. var. erythrophylla (Hemsl.) Stib. Methods Compounds were isolated by silica gel column chromatography and Sephadex LH-20 gel column chromatography, and the structures were identified by spectral analysis. Result Five compounds were identified as 3β, 6β, 23-trihydroxyolean-12-en-28-oic acid (1), ursolic acid (2), n-heptadecanoic acid (3), n-octadecanoic acid (4), and β-sitosterol (5). Conclusion Five compounds were isolated from the plant for the first time.
