多裂委陵菜化学成分研究

摘要: 目的 研究多裂委陵菜的化学成分。方法 应用色谱技术分离纯化,应用波谱技术确定化合物的结构。结果 从多裂委陵菜中分离鉴定了4个化合物, 分别为腺苷(1)、芹菜素-6-C-阿拉伯吡喃糖基-8-C-葡萄吡喃糖苷(2)、芹菜素-7-O-β-D-葡萄糖醛酸苷(3)、木犀草素-7- O-β-D -葡萄糖醛酸苷(4)结论 4个化合物均为首次从委陵菜属中得到。

Abstract: Aim To investigate the chemical constituents from Potentilla multifida L.. Methods Chromatographic technique was employed for the isolation and purification of the constituents, and the structures were identified by spectral evidence. Results Four compounds were isolated involving adenosine (1), apigenin-6-C-arabinopyranosyl-8-C-glucopyranoside (2), apigenin-7-O-β-D-glucuronide (3) and luteolin-7-O-β-D-glucuronide (4). Conclusion The four compounds were obtained from the genus Potentilla for the first time.
