紫花地丁中三种香豆素类成分的HPLC含量测定

Separation and Quantitative Determination of Three Coumarins in the Chinese Traditional Drug Zihua Diding, Herba Violae, by High Performance Liquid Chromatography

摘要: 首次报道了紫花地丁中三种主要香豆素类有效成分的HPLC含量测定方法及结果, 为确定紫花地丁的品质、药用部分和合理采收期提供了科学依据。实验结果表明, 常用作紫花地丁的9种堇菜属植物中只有早开堇菜、东北堇菜和野堇中含香豆素类成分, 以早开堇菜中含量最高。早开堇菜中有效成分主要存在于地上部分(), 其香豆素类成分以花期和闭花果期为高, 最佳采收期应为6月份。

Abstract: A method of separation and quantitative determination of three coumarins, i.e. cichoriin, esculetin and prionanthoside, in the Chinese traditional drug Zihua Diding, Herba Violae, by high performance liquid chromatography is developed. The results showed that among nine Viola species, only Viola prionantha Bge, V mandshurica W. Beck.and V alisoviana Kiss; contain the coumarins, the content is highest in V prionantha. These effectivc compounds exist chiefly in the aerial parts of this plant and the content varied with the growth period. June is the best time for collecting Viola prionantha.
