摘要: 应用高效液相色谱法对祁州漏芦(Rhaponticum uniflorum) 中三种蜕皮甾酮类成分蜕皮甾酮(ecdysterone, I), 漏芦甾酮(rhapontisterone, II) 和土克甾酮(turkesterone, III) 进行分离和含量测定。色谱柱Ultrasphere ODS(4.6 mm×25 cm), 甲醇-(40:60) 为流动相, 流速1.5 ml/min, 检测波长242 nm。用外标法定量, 比较了不同产地祁州漏芦根及其地上部分茎、叶和花中三种蜕皮甾酮的含量。

Abstract: An anlytical method for the separation and quantitative determination of three phytoecdysteroids in Rhaponticum uniflorum by high performance liquid chromatography has been developed. Three phytoecdysteroids, ecdysterone (I), rhapontisterone (II) and turkesterone (III) were separated and determined quantitatively by using the solvent system MeOH-H2O (40:60) at 242 nm with flow rate of 1.5 ml/min, the operation can be completed in 10 minutes. Using the external standard method, the content of three phytoecdysteroids in the roots and aerial parts of Rhaponticum uniflorum obtained from different localities was determined. It is proved that this method is sensitive and accurate, and with good reproducibility.
