高效液相色谱法对黄酮类化合物的测定

High performance liquid chromatography for the determination of flavonoids

摘要: 黄酮类化合物由于其在生物学及生理学中的重要作用受到了广泛的关注。高效液相色谱法是应用最为广泛的分析黄酮类化合物的方法。本文综述了一般液相色谱柱及流动相的选择, 分析比较了常用的检测器, 旨在选择合适的色谱条, 达到理想的分离效果。此外还简单介绍了在传统液相色谱法的基础上发展的几种模式如超高效液相色谱法, 毛细管色谱法, 微流速液相色谱法及纳升级液相色谱法。

Abstract: Due to their biological and physiological importance, flavonoids receive considerable attention in the literature. Nowadays, high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) is the most widely used analytical method. In this review, we summarize the principle of the choice of HPLC column and mobile phase, discuss and compare the features of various detections such as UV, fluorescence detection, electrochemical detection, chemiluminescence detection, UV-MS etc. Recent developments in HPLC including ultra-LC and miniaturization of LC (micro-LC, capillary-LC, and nano-LC), are also discussed.
