摘要: 目的 对氨氯地平和利培酮两种药物分子进行核磁共振研究。方法 应用一维和二维核磁共振技术, gCOSY, gHSQCgHMBC结果 对两种药物分子核磁共振氢谱和碳谱进行了归属, 氟碳间的耦合常数对碳谱的解析提供了有利的证据。结论 通过核磁共振化学位移和耦合常数的分析, 确证了氨氯地平和利培酮两种药物分子的化学结构。

Abstract: Aim To investigate the NMR spectroscopy of amlodipine and risperidone. Methods 1D NMR and 2D NMR experimental techniques of gCOSY, gHSQC and gHMBC were wsed. Results The assignments of the 1H and 13C NMR data for the two drugs were performed and confirmed by the evidence of JHF and JCF. Conclusion The structures of amlodipine and risperidone were confirmed by careful analysis of regular 1D and 2D NMR spectroscopy.
