桂枝汤有效部位化学成分研究

摘要:

目的 为确定中药复方桂枝汤中具有体温双向调节作用的物质基础, 对其有效部位的化学成分进行了研究。方法 用柱色谱分离, 用理化性质及波谱方法鉴定结构。结果 分离鉴定了6个化合物: 芒柄花素(1), 甘草素(2), 异甘草素(3), 6-姜醇(4), (3S,5S)-姜辣二醇(5), (3R,5S)-姜辣二醇(6)结论 以上化合物均为首次从桂枝汤对体温整合调节作用有效部位中得到, 其中化合物13来源于中药甘草, 化合物46来源于中药生姜。

Abstract: Aim To study the chemical constituents of the active fraction of Gui-Zhi decoction. Method The constituents were isolated and purified by column chromatography, and their structures were identified on the basis of spectral analysis. Result Six compounds, formononetin(1), liquiritigenin(2), isoliquiritigenin(3), 6-gingerol (4), (3S,5S)-1-(4-hydroxy-3-methoxyphenyl)-decane-3,5-diol (5), (3R,5S)-1-(4-hydroxy-3-methoxyphenyl) -decane -3,5-diol (6) were obtained. Conclusion All those compounds were isolated from the active fraction of Gui-Zhi decoction for the first time.
