地构叶黄酮类化合物的分离鉴定

Flavonoids from Speranskia Tuberculata

摘要: 从地构叶的地上部分分离得到6个黄酮类化合物,根据其性质及波谱特征分别被鉴定为香叶木素5,7,3'-30H, 4'-OCH3黄酮(1), 木犀草素5,7,3'-4OH黄酮(2), 5,7,4'-三羟基二氢黄酮-7-O-β-D-(3''-对香豆酰)-吡喃葡萄糖苷(3), 5,7,4'-三羟基二氢黄酮-7-O-β-D-(3''-对香豆酰)-吡喃葡萄糖苷(4), 穗花杉双黄酮(5), 木犀草素-7-O-芸香糖苷(6), 所有的化合物均为首次从地构叶得到, 化合物3为新化合物, 命名为地构苷。

Abstract: Six flavonoid compounds were separated from the aerial parts of Speranskia tuberculata (Bunge) Baill. On the basis of the properties and spectral analysis, their structures were identified as diosmetin (1), luteolin (2), narigenin-7-O-β-D-(4''-p-coumaroyl)-glucopyranoside (3), narigenin-7-O-β-D-(3''-p-coumaroyl)-glucopyranoside (4), amentoflavone (5), and scolymoside (6). All the compounds were obtained from S. tuberculata for the first time and compound 3 is a new compound named as speranskoside.
