摘要:

2025年5月19日, 北京大学药学院药事管理与临床药学系崔一民教授团队在Nature Communications杂志发表了题为“Intestinal permeability of N-acetylcysteine is driven by gut microbiota-dependent cysteine palmitoylation”的研究论文, 该研究首次揭示了肠道菌源性鞘脂代谢在调节N-乙酰半胱氨酸(N-Acetylcysteine, NAC)肠道渗透性评价中的关键作用。
