摘要:

2025年5月14日, 北京大学药学院天然药物及仿生药物全国重点实验室马明课题组在Nature Chemistry上发表了题为 “Structural insights into two thiamine diphosphate-dependent enzymes and their synthetic applications in carbon–carbon linkage reactions”的研究论文。该研究首次阐明了一类催化分子间碳-碳键连接反应的ThDP-依赖酶的晶体结构、底物选择性和立体选择性机制, 并通过酶的理性改造和酶法全合成制备了大量碳-碳键连接化合物。

Abstract:

The research team of Prof. Ming Ma analyzed the novel THDP-dependent enzyme structure and prepared carbon-carbon bond-linkage compounds by enzymatic method.
