摘要：
近日, 我院天然药物及仿生药物国家重点实验室焦宁团队在小分子活化领域取得了新进展, 相关工作发表在《德国应用化学》(Angew. Chem. Int. Ed.)上, 题为: “Acetonitrile Activation: An Effective Two-Carbon Unit for Cyclization”。该研究提供了一种新颖的乙腈活化策略, 为药物重要中间体环丁烯酮的合成提供了新思路和新方法。
