摘要:

近日, 我院天然药物及仿生药物国家重点实验室焦宁教授团队在药物分子卤化修饰领域取得了新进展, 被《Angew. Chem. Int. Ed》作为封面文章发表, 题为“Efficient Electrocatalysis for the Preparation of (Hetero)aryl Chlorides and Vinyl Chloride with 1,2-Dichloroethane”。该研究发展了一种新颖的电化学策略, 能够在温和条件下高效裂解1,2-二氯乙烷制备氯乙烯和氯代芳烃/杂芳烃。
