摘要： 本文根据环吡咯酮类催眠药佐匹克隆的构效关系及作用机制, 合成了八个未见文献报道的环吡咯酮类新化合物, 并进行了初步的药效研究。

Abstract: Eight new cyclopyrrolone compounds were synthesized according to the structure activity relationship and action mechanism of Zopiclone, a cyclopyrrolone hypnotic. Their preliminary pharmacodynamics are under investigation.
