桉叶油与皮肤类脂液晶模型相互作用的研究

Studies on the Interaction Between Eucalyptus Oil and Liquid Crystals of Skin Lipids

摘要: 通过偏光显微镜, 差示扫描热分析(DSCX-射线衍射考察按叶油和皮肤类脂液晶之间的相互作用。制备了两种类脂液晶。液晶1由角质层中五种脂肪酸组成而液晶2由胆固醇和五种脂肪酸组成。液晶1形成层状结构, 液晶2形成马耳他式交叉层状液晶结构。将按叶油加人类脂液晶中可见其分配至液晶结构中, 量少时使层状结构分散或膨胀, 量多时则完全破坏或溶解液晶结构,但不促进其他结构的形成, 这可能是按叶油和类似渗透促进剂促进药物经角质层类胀通道渗透的原因之一。

Abstract: The interaction of eucalyptus oil (EO) with skin lipid liquid crystals wasinvestigated by polarizing microscopy, DSC and X-ray diffraction. Two liquid crystals of model skinlipid were prepared. The liquid crystal l (matrix l) consisted of 5 fatty acids of stratum comeumwhile liquid crystal 2 (matrix 2) consisted of cholesterol together with 5 fatty acids. Lamellarstructure was formed in the matrix 1 and matrix 2 showed lamellar structure with maltese crosses.On the addition of EO to both liquid crystals, it was observed that small amount of EO partitioninginto the liquid crystaline structure caused dispersion and swelling of lamellar structure, while largeamount of EO resulted in the breakage and disappearance, but the EO did not promote the formation of any other structures. The interaction may be one of the explanations for the increasing permeationof drugs through stratum corneum in the presence of EO and similar penetration enhancers.
