摘要: 本文以水扬酸钠为模型药,系统研究了不同柔性脂质体的经皮促渗能力,实验结果表明掺有强亲水性表面活性剂的脂质体具有很好的促渗作用,是一类新的透皮促进剂。

Abstract: In this article different types of ultradeformable liposomes were designed and the properties of transdermal delivery were studied with sodium salicylate as model drug. These results showed that liposomes with strong hydrophilic surfactant added is a new type of penetration enhancer.
