摘要： 设计合成了7个二双胍烷烃盐酸盐,均为新化合物,其结构经核磁、质谱、元素分析证实。体外抗菌活性筛选结果显示其中部分二双胍化合物有抗菌活性.

Abstract: Seven new alkylenedibiguanides were synthesized and comfirmed by 1H NMR, MS and elemental analyses. The preliminary test in vitro showed that some of them had potential antibacterial activities.
