摘要: 目的 分离鉴定贯叶连翘(Hypericum perforatum L.)的化学成分。方法 通过硅胶柱色谱, sephadex LH-20分离纯化, 根据理化常数和光谱分析鉴定结构。结果 自贯叶连翘地上部分中分离得到3个黄酮类化合物。结论 化合物1为新的天然产物, 结构为3,5,7-三羟基 3’,4’-异丙基二氧基黄酮

Abstract: Aim Isolation and structural elucidation of the constituents from the aerial part of Hypericum perforatum L. Methods Column chromatography and TLC were used to isolate chemical constituents. Physico-chemical characterization and spectroscopic analysis were employed for structural identification. Results Three flavonols were isolated and identified. Conclusion Compound 1 is a novel natural product and its structure has been characterized to be 3, 5, 7-trihydroxy-3’, 4’-isopropyldioxy-flavone.
