摘要:

近日, 北京大学药学院天然药物及仿生药物全国重点实验室谢海燕教授团队在Cell Biomaterials杂志发表了题为“Deciphering endogenous CD8+ T cell interactions using an engineered sortase A system”的研究论文。该研究通过将工程化分选酶A(SrtA)与荧光能量转移(FRET)传感技术结合, 建立了特异响应型体内邻近标记技术, 原位精准解析了内源CD8+ T细胞与肿瘤细胞、胶原等的相互作用, 可用于抗肿瘤药物疗效的预测。
