The research team of Prof. Yanxing Jia has completed the total synthesis of five natural products of polycyclic polyprenylated acylphloroglucinols

摘要:

近日, 北京大学药学院天然药物及仿生药物全国重点实验室贾彦兴教授团队在JACS Au上发表题为“Total Syntheses of (+)-Hyperbeanols A–C, (+)-Hyperpatulol A, and (−)-Hypercohone G, as Well as Structure Revision of Hyperpatulol A, and Hyperbeanol B” 的研究成果。研究团队通过Knoevenagel缩合/还原反应, 结合Mn(Ⅲ)介导的自由基环化/氧化反应快速构建6/6/5三环骨架, 以简洁高效的方式完成了天然产物hyperbeanol A的全合成, 以及hyperbeanols B/C, hyperpatulol A和hypercohone G的首次全合成; 并通过实验设计和核磁谱图比对修正了天然产物hyperpatulol A和hyperbeanol B的结构。
