摘要:

2024年4月7日, 北京大学药学院天然药物及仿生药物全国重点实验室马明团队在国际著名期刊Angew. Chem. Int. Ed.上发表了题为“Structural Insights into the Terpene Cyclization Domains of Two Fungal Sesterterpene Synthases and Enzymatic Engineering for Sesterterpene Diversification”的研究论文。该研究首次揭示了真菌中二倍半萜环化酶的晶体结构, 并通过酶的改造产生新颖二倍半萜化合物。

Abstract: The research group of Prof. Ming Ma revealed the structure and catalytic mechanism of Two Fungal Sesterterpene Synthases.
