摘要：

近日, 北京大学药学院天然药物及仿生药物国家重点实验室屠鹏飞与曾克武在国际学术期刊eBioMedicine上合作发表了题为“Atypical E3 ligase ZFP91 promotes small-molecule-induced E2F2 transcription factor degradation for cancer therapy”的研究论文, 深入阐明了中药蟾酥主要活性成分蟾毒灵(bufalin)以天然分子胶水方式促进转录因子E2F2降解, 进而发挥抗肿瘤的独特分子机制。
