摘要:

近日, 北京大学药学院天然药物及仿生药物国家重点实验室、分子与细胞药理学系周德敏课题组分别在学术期刊《Annals of the Rheumatic Diseases》、《Cell Chemical Biology》发表了题为“In vitro elimination of autoreactive B cells from rheumatoid arthritis patients by universal chimeric antigen receptor T cells” (多肽链介导通用型CAR-T对自身免疫性疾病患者体外B细胞的杀伤), “Photoswitchable CAR-T Cell Function In Vitro and In Vivo via a Cleavable Mediator”(光可断裂连接臂介导通用型CAR-T对肿瘤的杀伤)的研究工作。
