摘要：

2018年12月6日, 我院天然药物及仿生药物国家重点实验室黄卓研究团队和基础医学院梁静团队合作, 在国际著名精神病学杂志《生物精神病学》(Biological Psychiatry, IF = 11.982)上在线发表了题为“CDYL-mediated histone crotonylation regulates stress-induced depressive behaviors”的研究论文。该研究阐明了社交挫败抑郁模型中, 前脑组蛋白巴豆酰化修饰(histone crotonylation)与表观遗传分子CDYL在抑郁症发生和发展中的作用及其分子机制, 该研究为抑制症的治疗提供了潜在的干预靶点。
