摘要: 本文合成了一系列替比夫定3'-O-乙酰基-5'-O-苯基-N-烷基磷酰胺类化合物, 用EI-MS, 1H NMR和13C NMR确证了这些化合物的结果。我们评价了这些化合物在体外的活性。在合成的化合物中, 化合物6d和6f的活性比替比夫定强。
