摘要: 本文合成了一系列替比夫定3'-O-乙酰基-5'-O-苯基-N-烷基磷酰胺类化合物, EI-MS, 1H NMR13C NMR确证了这些化合物的结果。我们评价了这些化合物在体外的活性。在合成的化合物中, 化合物6d6f的活性比替比夫定强。

Abstract: A series of telbivudine 3'-O-acetyl-5'-O-phenyl-N-alkylphosphramidate derivatives have been synthesized and their structures were confirmed by EI-MS, 1H NMR and 13C NMR. We evaluated their anti-HBV activity in vitro. Two compounds 6d and 6f, turned out to be more active than telbivudine.
