摘要: Cyt.c-HX-XO法分别测定了SOD4Cu(II) 络合物及脂质体的SOD样活性。结果表明:所有体系均有某种程度的SOD样活性, 其中组氨酸酮脂质体的SOD样活性最高, Cu(II) 络合物与脂质体具有一些协同作用。

Abstract: The SOD-like activities of SOD, four Cu(II) Complexes, SOD-and Cu(II) com-plex-liposomes were determined respectively by using cytochrome C method. The results showed that all of these systems had SOD-like activities to some extent of which the Cu(His)2-liposome displayed the highest activity and the Cu(II) complexes and liposomes had some positive cooperative action.
