摘要: 以阴道滴虫单克隆抗体为模型, 使用N-羟基琥珀酰亚胺棕榈酸酯(NHSP)为偶联剂将棕榈酰基与单抗共价键结合, 并经此烃链将单抗插于脂质体双分子膜上。用间接荧光抗体试验和细胞作用检验表面结合单抗的脂质体对阴道滴虫有特异性结合。实验结果证明, 用单抗修饰脂质体在体外寻靶作用是有效的。

Abstract: An anti-trichomonas vaginalis monoclonal antiboody was derivatized with palmitic acid using an activated ester of N-hydroxysuccinimide About 50% of the resulting antibody could be incorporated into liposomes. The liposomes showed specific binding to T. vaginalis by IFA and cytotoxicity tests. These results clearly demonstrated the effectiveness of targeting of liposomes modified by monoclonal antibody in vitro.
