摘要：

阿片类药物可以缓解疼痛, 是临床镇痛治疗的主要药物。但如果管理不善或应用不当, 可能造成药物滥用、社会危害, 甚至公共卫生事件。美国近20年来经历了三次阿片危机, 不仅对患者的健康产生不良影响, 而且给社会造成巨大的经济损失和资源浪费。本文通过回顾美国发生三次阿片危机的过程, 分析危机发生的原因, 总结其应对阿片类药物全国性流行的策略和阿片危机对临床工作的启示, 为阿片类药物的临床应用和管理提供参考。

Abstract:

Opioids can alleviate pain and are the main drugs for clinical analgesic treatment. However, due to poor management or improper application, it may cause drug abuse, social harm, and even public health events. The United States has experienced three opioid crises in the past 20 years, which have not only adversely affected patients’ health, but also caused significant economic losses and resource waste to society. This paper reviewed the process of the three opioid crises in the United States, analyzed the causes, and summarized the strategies to address the national epidemic of opioids and the enlightenment of the opioid crisis on clinical work to provide references for the management and clinical use of opioids.
