摘要: 应用氨基葡萄糖及衍生物和5-氟脲嘧啶-1-乙酸及5-氟脲嘧啶-1-丙酸反应制备了六个新的氨基糖复合物。他们的结构被红外、核磁、元素分析证实。并用A2780PC-14细胞测试了它们的抗癌活性。

Abstract: Six aminoglucose conjugates were synthesized by the reaction of aminoglucose with 5-fluorou-racil-1-acetic acid or 5-fluorouracil-1-propanoic acid and confirmed by IR, 1H NMR and elemental analyses. Their antitumor activities against A2780 cells and PC-14 cells were also evaluated.
