中药墨旱莲中的三萜皂苷

Triterpenoid Saponins from Eclipta prostrata L.

摘要: 从中药墨旱莲Eclipta prostrata L. 中分离得到5个三萜皂苷,根据理化性质和光谱数据,分别鉴定为eclalbasaponins II (1), I (2), III (3), 3-O-[β-D-吡喃葡糖(12)-β-D-吡喃葡糖]-16α-乙氧基-齐墩果酸-28-O-β-D-吡喃葡糖苷(4) 3-O-[(2-O-硫酰基-β-D-吡喃葡糖)(12)- β-D-吡喃葡糖]-刺囊酸-28-O-β-D-吡喃葡糖苷(5)。化合物4 5 为新化合物,分别命名为eclalbasaponins XI eclalbasaponins XII。化合物1 5 具有诱导稻瘟霉菌丝变形活性。

Abstract: Five triterpenoid saponins were isolated from the Chinese traditional medicine Eclipta prostrata L.. On the basis of their chemical properties and spectral data, they were identified as eclalbasaponins II(1), I(2), III(3), 3-O-[β-D-glucopyranosyl(12)-β-D-glucopyranosyl]-16α-ethoxy-olean-12-ene-28-oic acid-28-O-β-D-glu-copyranoside(4) and 3-O-[(2-O-sulfuryl-β-D-glucopyranosyl)(12)-β-D-glucopyranosyl]-echinocystic acid-28-O-β-D-glucopyranoside(5). Compounds 4 and 5 are new compounds and named eclalbasaponins XI and XII, respectively. Compounds 1 and 5 induced morphological deformation of Pyricularia oryzae mycelia.
