摘要:

2026年2月18日, 北京大学药学院天然药物及仿生药物全国重点实验室王坚成教授团队在国际学术期刊Bioactive Materials在线发表了题目为“Splenic dendritic cell-targeting mRNA transfection of H-type ionizable lipid-based LNPs for enhancing tumor immunotherapy”的研究论文, 该研究开发了一类基于H结构的可电离脂质, 以该脂质制备的LNPs可实现mRNA药物在体内脾脏DC细胞的靶向性递送, 为肿瘤mRNA疫苗的开发提供了新策略。
