摘要:
近日, 北京大学药学院天然药物及仿生药物全国重点实验室曾克武与屠鹏飞团队在国际学术期刊iMeta上发表了题为“Homoharringtonine suppresses acute myeloid leukemia progression by orchestrating EWSR1 phase separation in an m6A-YTHDF2-dependent mechanism”的研究论文, 揭示了抗白血病天然药物高三尖杉酯碱(Homoharringtonine, HHT)通过诱导EWSR1蛋白发生液-液相分离, 进而调控m6A-YTHDF2通路, 抑制急性髓系白血病(AML)进展的全新作用机制。
