摘要：
近日, 北京大学药学院天然药物及仿生药物全国重点实验室张力勤研究员在国际学术期刊Nature Biomedical Engineering上发表了题为“Systematic functional screening of switchable aptamer beacon probes”的研究论文, 开发了一种系统性的功能筛选平台, 用于快速制备可变构的适体信标探针(switchable aptamer beacon probes)。这项技术旨在解决传统免疫检测方法中操作繁琐、准确性差、难以实现实时动态观测的瓶颈, 为生命科学研究和医学诊断提供了新一代强大工具。
