摘要:

近日, 北京大学药学院天然药物及仿生药物全国重点实验室曾克武研究员与屠鹏飞教授在国际学术期刊ACS Nano上合作发表了题为“Nanoparticles Induce Protein Corona Conformational Change to Reshape Intracellular Interactome for Microglial Polarization”的研究论文, 深入阐明了芦荟活性成分芦荟素自组装体(Aloin NPs)调控神经小胶质细胞介导免疫炎症进而改善神经退行性疾病的全新分子靶点及作用机制。

Abstract:

The research group of Prof. Kewu Zeng and Prof. Pengfei Tu revealed new mechanism of targeted regulation of neuroimmune inflammation by Aloin NPs.
