摘要:

2024年4月14日, 北京大学药学院天然药物及仿生药物全国重点实验室叶敏/乔雪研究团队在国际知名期刊Angew. Chem. Int. Ed.上发表了题为“Construct Phenylethanoid Glycosides Harnessing Biosynthetic Networks, Protein Engineering and One-Pot Multienzyme Cascades”的研究论文。该研究利用多酶一锅法级联反应体系实现了多种植物苯乙醇苷的组合生物合成。

Abstract: The research group of Prof. Min Ye and Prof. Xue Qiao established a multi-enzyme one-pot combination biosynthesis strategy for plant phenylethanoid.
