摘要： 近日, 北京大学药学院天然药物及仿生药物国家重点实验室屠鹏飞教授与曾克武研究员在国际学术期刊Science Advances上合作发表了题为“Neuroinflammation inhibition by small-molecule targeting USP7 non-catalytic domain for neurodegenerative diseases therapy”的研究论文, 深入阐明了中药野马追活性成分野马追内酯B(Eupalinolide B)调控神经免疫炎症进而治疗神经退行性疾病的全新分子靶点及作用机制。
