摘要:

为了有效解决中药药效成分的高效发现及其分子机制研究问题,我院天然药物及仿生药物国家重点实验室屠鹏飞、姜勇教授团队与青岛大学药学院王克威教授团队合作开发了一项精准单细胞微流控技术,用于瞬时受体电位(Transient Receptor Potential, TRP)通道调节剂的高效发现,相关研究成果以A Precise Microfluidic Assay in Single-Cell Profile forScreening of Transient Receptor Potential Channel Modulators”(精准单细胞微流控筛选TRP离子通道调节剂)为题发表在国际著SCI期刊Advanced Science (IF = 15.804),并被选为封底文章。
