摘要：
近日, 北京大学药学院天然药物及仿生药物全国重点实验室贾彦兴教授团队在Nature Communications发表了题为 “Bioinspired Total Synthesis of (+)-Pleuromutilin”的研究论文。该工作围绕二萜类抗生素(+)-pleuromutilin的仿生全合成展开, 发展了生源启发的合成策略, 最终实现了(+)-pleuromutilin、(+)-mutilin和(+)-12-epi-mutilin的高效全合成, 为截短侧耳素类抗生素的多样化构建与后续衍生化研究提供了新的合成策略。
