摘要:

2026年2月26日, 北京大学药学院天然药物及仿生药物全国重点实验室周德敏/肖苏龙研究团队在Journal of Medicinal Chemistry在线发表题为“Zanamivir-Amantadine Conjugate: A Dual-Action Agent with Broad-Spectrum Synergistic Antiviral Efficacy”的研究论文。该研究以“协同双靶点干预”为核心理念, 通过分子层面的精准设计, 将NA抑制剂扎那米韦与M2离子通道阻断剂金刚烷胺用化学连接子偶联, 获得一类兼具双重机制的全新抗流感分子, 为抗病毒药物从“单一靶点抑制”向“协同双靶点调控”转型提供了新的解决方案。
