摘要：
2025年11月4日, 北京大学药学院天然药物及仿生药物全国重点实验室焦宁教授团队在Angewandte Chemie International Edition上在线发表题为“Decarboxylative Arene Ring-Opening of Benzoic Acids”(苯甲酸的脱羧芳烃开环)的原创型工作。研究团队发展了一种以PDPP(4-哌啶基吡啶)/铜协同催化的脱羧氮化芳环开环反应。通过引入新型氮试剂, 实现了惰性苯甲酸的脱羧、芳环断裂和不饱和链式产物构建的“一步三连”新转化。
