摘要:

近日, 北京大学药学院天然药物及仿生药物全国重点实验室曾克武/屠鹏飞团队与国际癌症研究院郑春红团队合作, 在Advanced Science上发表题为“Targeting G3BP1 condensate topology promotes stress granule assembly via m6A-IGF2BP1 for ischemic stroke rescue”的研究论文。揭示了天然小分子淫羊藿苷(Icariin, ICA)通过直接结合G3BP1蛋白诱导其相分离进而发挥抗脑缺血损伤的分子机制。

Abstract:

The team of Prof. Kewu Zeng and Prof. Pengfei Tu revealed icariin inhibits cerebral ischemia by regulating the G3BP1 phase separation.
