摘要:

2025年6月3日, 北京大学药学院天然药物及仿生药物全国重点实验室叶敏教授团队与中山大学巫瑞波教授团队在JACS杂志上发表了题为《Insights into the Mechanisms of Sugar Acceptor Selectivity of Plant Flavonoid Apiosyltransferases》的研究论文, 该研究首次报道了鹰嘴豆来源的黄酮3-O-糖苷芹糖基转移酶CaApiGT, 解析了10套复合物晶体结构, 揭示了α螺旋结构域作为关键调控元件主导两类黄酮芹糖基转移酶的受体选择性。
