摘要: 2025年5月28日, 北京大学药学院天然药物及仿生药物全国重点实验室汪贻广教授、陈斌龙副研究员团队与沈阳药科大学王思玲教授团队合作, 在Advanced Materials期刊发表了题为“An Endoplasmic Reticulum Stress-Specific Nanoinducer Selectively Evokes Type-II Immunogenic Cell Death for Pyroptotic Cancer Immunotherapy”的研究论文。该研究报道了一种pH/组织蛋白酶B双响应纳米载体递送平台 (PCANER), 通过精准诱导内质网 (ER) 应激, 调控II型免疫原性细胞死亡, 为肿瘤免疫治疗提供了创新性策略。
