近日, 北京大学药学院周德敏团队基于非天然氨基酸和非天然糖策略, 成功开发出新型重组腺相关病毒载体。这类载体能够根据需要靶向不同的受体和组织, 为基因治疗提供了更高效的递送方案, 成果发表在Journal of Controlled Release和Acta Biomaterialia上。
