摘要:

2024年11月1日, 北京大学药学院天然药物及仿生药物全国重点实验室田松海研究员团队在著名期刊Nature Protocols发表了题为 “Design, performance, processing, and validation of a pooled CRISPR perturbation screen for bacterial toxins”(设计、执行、处理并验证针对细菌毒素的CRISPR文库筛选)的文章。该文章从前期设计、筛选过程、数据处理和机理性验证等四个方面, 归纳并总结了典型合并型CRISPR扰动筛选的流程和评价准则, 为毒素相关研究提供了标准的实验方案。

Abstract:
