YIGSK和含RGD多肽的抗血小板聚集作用

摘要: 观察了YIGSK, RGDS, RGDV, RGDF, YIGSKRGDS, YIGSKRGDVYIGSKRGDF的抗血小板聚集作用, 通过比较它们的活性, 发现将YIGSK和含RGD多肽偶联可增强某些化合物的抗血小板聚集活性。

Abstract: Antiplatelet aggregation effects of YIGSK, RGDS, RGDV, RGDF, YIGSKRGDS, YIGSKRGDV and YIGSKRGDF were observed. By comparing their activities it was found that by coupling YIGSK and RGD containing peptides the antiplatelet aggregation effects of some of the compounds may be enhanced.
