雷公藤单体T4对大白鼠精子作用的超微结构观察

Uitrastructural Observation on Rat Spermatozoa Treated with Tripchlorolide (T4) from Tripterygium wilfordii

摘要: 雄性成熟大白鼠经口喂雷公藤单体T4 50μg/kg/, 每周6, 6周后断头处死, 采用电子显微镜观察睾丸曲细精管内和附睾内的精子, 结果显示T4影响曲细精管内精子形成过程, 经过附睾后精子损伤加重。微管与微丝的结构和功能的破坏是导致精子畸形的主要原因, 精子膜结构对T4作用也非常敏感。

Abstract: Adult male rats were treated orally with monomer T4 (Tripchlorolide) isolated from Tripterygium wilfordii, at the dose of 50 μg/kg/day, 6 days/week for 6 weeks.Ultrathin section and freeze etching replica of seminiferous tubules and epididymal spermatozoa were examined with elec-tron microscope. The results showed that the spemiogenesis was inhibited T4 in seminiferous tu-bules. However, the damage and disruption of the spermatozoa were more serious in the epididymis.Damage of the structure and function ot microtubule and microfilament may be the chief reason for sperm damage. Sperm membrane was also very sensitive to the treatiment of monomer T4.
