摘要: 报道了经小鼠静脉注射甲氨蝶呤微球剂和溶液剂后, 肺组织中甲氨蝶呤浓度随时间的变化。同时对照了两种制剂对小鼠肺部S180的治疗作用。结果发现微球组肺中药-时曲线下面积为溶液组的7, 并且微球组对小鼠肺部S180细胞的抑制作用明显比溶液组为好。

Abstract: The mouse lung concentration of methotrexate (MTX) following the intravenous administration of MTX solution and MTX bovine serum albumin (BSA) microspheres was investigated. The therapeutic effects of the two MTX preparations on lung-bearing sarcomal-80 in mice were also studied. It was found that the AUC of the MTX microspheres group was about 7 times as much as that of the MTX solution group, and the MTX microspheres had better effects on lung-bearing sarcoma-180 than the MTX solution did.
