摘要: 本文报道地血香乙醇提取物和其主要成分Kadsurin对小鼠肝细胞中抗氧化酶活性的影响。地血香和Kdsurin能够明显增加肝细胞中超氧物歧化酶和过氧化氢酶的活性, 而对谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶活性的影响无统计学意义。

Abstract: The effect of ethanolic extract of the stems of Kadeura heteroclita ( KHE) and its main constituent kadsurin, on the activities of anti-oxidative enzymes in liver cytosol of mice in vivo were studied. It is suggested that KHE and kadsurin increased the activities of superoxide dismutase (SOD) and catalase in liver cytosol of mice, but showed no statistical significance in altering the activity of GSH-peroxidase.
